False charges on my bill

I had been charged to get a support which was included in to the conditions and terms on the download. I am thinking when the resources are likely to some terrorist group. Our small child might have approved the conditions on the download and today I can not obtain the costs off my statement. I'll most likly finish my telephone support to solve this.
