Payments Returned Without Reason, Late Fees and Interest

I have tried several times to pay on my account, and they return my payment for no reason, just to charge me more interest and late fees. I am tired and want them stopped. This is a real ripoff. I made three payments, and all were good, then they returned the charge and added a late fee.
