First address given by customer service to contact the owner at the corporate office was: Id Theft Protection 5025 N. Central Ave., Phoenix Az 85012-1520 no phone was given. Tried to look them up in the yellow pages on line unable to find a company under that name. If anyone can help "HELP". The owners name is Jay Thomas.
