I requested a bicycle from small pocket rockets in dec for my kids holiday, The bicycle came on January 7th (4 times overdue) so when the container was exposed the entire front-end of the bicycle was all broke and damaged. I instantly called MPR and informed them... They required pictures that we had previously obtained and immediately sent them to them. Next they tell me I have to complete an RMA type and deliver it for them plus they might deliver the components. Which was on Jan 15th. I've created many foolow up calls and also the components should never be in-stock. I simply named them again plus they don't have any report of the RMA type I delivered (that they replied to within an email verification). As well as the components remain not in-stock... Nearly 4 weeks later. I told them I'm fed up with obtaining the run-around, and could be calling my charge card organization and seeking the costs be corrected.
Dont buy from minipocketrockets.com they cant satisfy there products and that i wish you dont need components... Since you wont have them
