My boss is blugarian and i usually handle problems in the office that require a phone call some how this company got her information and is charging 19.95 a mounth for nothing. Ive called everyone from the bank to the credit company, one thing that kills me is that without a singature or contract of any kind the bank allows a company to take money out mounthly, when to set up automatic payments for any of my regular expences i have to jump through hoops. If they had a product that they sent us we would be able to send it back and cancell this so called account, but we don't know what they do ecept charge people 19.95 i think credit card companies should hold some responsibility for letting company take out monthy payment w/o some contact with the card holder.
