Our charge card continues to be billed without my permission for $19.95, it was area of the IQ test I bought. They were approached by me and they stated I registered to get a premium support that we didn't. They stated that I believed to change the cost and they'd stop the membership or the customer advocates workplace would be contacted by me. They offered me a following range and stated they cost is likely to be corrected and within 48-hours a credit will be seen by me.
