I believe that the products of this company are good products although on the expensive side.
I was lead to believe that they would send me a piece a pot and pan set each months. I could examine it for 30 day. If satisfied, I would pay the charge automatically through the Credit card I had to give them to have on file. I'm was even ok with that.
What happened is that they would charge my card BEFORE any shipment. They said it would take 2-3 weeks to it to arrive. I find that to believe. I would then have 30 to examine the product. If I kept it the charges would stand. If you, ship it back - which I imagine would take another 2-3 weeks and then ONCE THEY RECEIVED IT BACK they would refund MY money. It would take 8 weeks for that to go through.
Now do the math.
Charge on my card, 2-3 week to get products, 4 weeks to evaluate it, 2-3 weeks to send back if I did not want it, then 8 weeks to get money back. Therefore I was out the approx $80-$120 per pan for 15 weeks, 4 and 1/2 months. I don't find that acceptable. When I questioned them on it they said that was what I agreed to. When I asked them to verify that was their policy they could not give me a site in the internet world of today to get a any such information.
I'm not saying anything bad about the products - although perhaps expensive.
I am saying go in with eyes wide open.
