I also booked a hotel with this website and am waiting for my $50 credit. I have been emailing and calling them since August. No one ever returns a call. Most tiimes they do not respond when I email

I booked a hotel through this website and was told That I would receive a $50 credit or check. I have emailed them regularly since August and have still not received my refund or check. The last communication I finally got from them was in October when they told me my concern was escalated and that my refund would be manually processed. I have since emailed them again and have not received a response. No one answers there phones and if you leave a message they do not return your call. This is a scam.
