I've been burnt by the E-Commerce DVD Rip off
I paid the $250 to get a DVD and game player that would let me play tapes from home in the UK while living here in the USA.
It was to be a Xmas present in 2000. Here it is 2002 and still no sign of a DVD - emails said they couldn't get import authority to ther USA. And despite several e-mails and complaints I still have no refund. I keep sending them and since I paid throiugh PayPal they keep sending them too. Still no joy. If anyone has ideas how to get the refunds done or ideas how to hurt this business any more let me know.
