After month of unreliable support HughesNet delivered a specialist to my house to set up a brand new device that they shipped (and that I was not able to "register") The specialist didn't deploy the brand new device (HughesNet established the previous device continues to be being used) The specialist required the mew device so that as of nowadays, 11/26 hasn't delivered it to HughesNet. HughesNet has charged my bill with $100 for that absent device.
