Rebate scam, did not receive promised product ripoff

I bought The Sim's Makin' Magic for PC and got a rebate for a FREE Sim's games of my choice. Well I read very throughly returned to rebate with my $3.00 to the address marked and 6 weeks later I received my $3.00 back and nothing but a statement saying. I didn't fully comply with the terms and conditions. Which was a LIE. I did everything EXACTLY to the tee. Now no game
