After being a member of boost mobil customers, i was told that boost mobil will not service my account unless i purchase an hmdi type phone or my receptions will be dropped, since the tower the're using will be defunct. I was told to buy a newer type phone. This was in early October. A few days later boostmobil announced that they will be selling a new cellphone, called the LG [email protected] plus tax, I ordered 2 phones @ 219.99=$440.00. They promised 10 % discount =$44.00. They processed the payment, 2weeks later the phones arrived from Indiana, -Never Applying my 44.00 discount. I called, and called, and called. A few times they just hung up the phone., finally i was told, i should go to a boost mobile retail store, they can cancel the order, and re-input it with the discount, and i should mail back the 2 phones to them, all this before this FRIDAY (this-i was told) is the deadline. Well, i have news for you, Just because i am not computer professional, I will not allow anyone try to CHEAT ME. I will blow this horn of accusation as long as i am not correctly reimbursed from the company. Feel free to contact me on my cellphone
