Ordered expensive coffee machine when arrived not what i ordered tried dealing with company none existant customer service tried giving a poultry refund 4 a machine i didnt order. No joy dealt with my own bank paid with credit cardbut as i had used 3rd party they were trying to wriggle out but because of their incompatencies recieved full refund the company in question are still advertising a coffee machine that does not do what they say their is only one that does and its a completley different model number, due to researching by myself.
This company import from italy through several branches throughout the world we dealt with the london based one you have to email which i did they were very unfriendly and did not reply to my email thats why i had to resort to dealing with my bankbut they tried to get out re section 75 because the sale involved a 3rd party hope this is helpful to other customers who were thinking of purchasing a coffee machine for over a £1000.00the company breached the desscription laws and still are
