Advertising product has features when it clearly does not, continue to advertise products.
Extremely poor customer care
this customer had to deal with bank as had paid via credit card through their incompetancy got full refund or would be stuck with a £1000.00 coffee machine that does not have the features this company advertised it had through my own research found the machine that did have all, but a completely different product number all together this doesnt give me confidence to online shop when you have international companies giving customers poor service and leaving customers out of pocket, unless you are a very persistant person, this took nearly a year to sort out, no thanks to coffee italia who have left a very bad taste in my mouth.
