Unauthorized credit card billing

I bought a website from GoDaddy.com on in September 2010 utilizing a charge card. GoDaddy.com continues to be giving me emails going back year to restore at special discounts. I never responded for their emails. On October 2012, I obtained a charge card record on the card I never employ and also the cost was for $44.00. I informed my card-holders fraud division. I simply wished to allow everybody understand what the corporation is as much as to allow them to examine their claims.
