I bought DVDs from findraredvds.com. I never received my item. After I e mailed about not obtaining the DVDs I obtained a fast reaction about how these were back-ordered of course if used to donot obtain them within the new time period given I really could have my money returned in my experience. Since that time I've delivered numerous emails and created numerous calls about obtaining a reimbursement and just obtained a solution after informing them I documented them. I subsequently got an email stating they no further had my charge card info however they might deliver a check and established my handle. I am waiting to determine how that moves. Clearly I'll never purchase out of this website again and that I wish no body else will need to feel the same difficulty I'm.
