Falsely stated her prize worth to trick customers into purchase

The owner sells candles with jewelry in her candles. She does a monthly promotion every month with a hi end piece. This time her new piece her value is $2983.00 the owner paid 179.00 making her enflate more sales to get a chance at a fabulous prize. She fluffs them up with replacement cost but to replace it would cost $179.00 she should be stopped for scamming hard working people out of there money. I t is clearly unlawful what she is doing. Thats her puff piece
