Automatic charge money without asking for a permission

I first used the Boingo Wireless service at the JFK airport in NY.

A couple of days later I was at the Paris airport, and I connected to the Boingo wireless.

I was expecting to see a page that shows me the price for that connection, with a confirmation button, and then, if would like still to purchase the connection, a page where I could insert my credit card information.

Instead, the system logged me automatically and it also automatically charged on my credit card the entire price!

Unbelievable, for two reasons: 1. The system did not show me any price and also did not asked me if I would like to proceed with the transaction! This is a very bad practice, since I was not able to refuse the service (i.E. I would have not paid 50$ for 30 minutes of connection!) 2. Boingo saved the details of my credit card account! This is a very bad practice since it allows Boingo to automatically charge the card and also may be a security issue.

I also tried to contact the support service of boingo to know how I could remove the credit card information from my profile, but I did not get any answer still.

I am very disappointed with the system used by Boingo.
