Charges for something i did not receive

I requested some coins to become incurred to my mobile phone before i realized I'd transformed to an android telephone that it wouldnt consider the charge. Thet delivered concept signal and that I never applied it since it coudnt be billed. They charged my charge card anyhow and that I never got the coins. The cost was for that next quantity billed in my experience mobile phone that arrived ofmy bank account
