HP, hewlett packard Rude and refuse to talk to you when you call back

I called and they can't match prices and refuse to listen to you and after u call a few times on second shift they refuse to talk to you and i only called a few time and they are violating federal law. As i know the law as i have access to law school's library and know what a company can and can't legally do and won't be buying and HP ever and dell is worse as they flag account after 3 little contacts. I suggest you buy a txxxxx
