I purchased a product back on 11/29. Apparently, they are telling me that I clicked on a membership deal to be charged 19.95 per month for free shipping.

I do not recall doing this and I am certain I did not do this. There is nothing on my invoice that indicates I did this. They never sent me any communication stating that I joined a membership and charged 19.95 per month on my credit card. The Invoice they provide simply states

(Price already includes $5.00 savings for first-time purchase)

In August of I finally noticed on my cc that there has been a charge of 19.95 per month since 12/6. I contacted them on 8/8 to request what were these charges. They told me I joined a membership and I insisted I did not. I had the invoice in front of me and there was nothing to the effect.

They canceled the membership, but refused to refund monies beyond the previous month. I explained to them that I have not used their service, nor did I know I was being charged. The refused.

The problem I have is that when I purchased a product from them and received the invoice and reviewed all emails from them, there is nothing at all that states I had joined any membership. I feel this is a scam and they are going to auto-enroll me in any club, they need to be notifying me on the invoice, in the mail, or in any emails.

There were 21 months paid of $19.95 each month and they refunded two months, leaving a balance of $379.05
