The spam reporting is not accurate which goes against their claims of their online service making the " otherwise slow and technical task quick and easy." After doing extensive checking of the accuracy of the service, I found that most of the time, Spamcop.net either missed hyperlinks, reported to the wrong hosting ISP, or sent complaints directly to spammers.
What ever you do don't pay money to Spamcop.net because the whole service is not worth the asking price.
