This is to warn people not to pay $30 to Spamcop.net because their service is deceptive. Their website claims are very far from truth due to the fact that Spamcop.net doesn't "punish spammers" it actual sends complaint directly to spammers which mean you will end up getting more junk email in your inbox. Spamcop.net claims of "report spam quickly and accurately" is such
a lie that Internet users actual believe their false claims.
I will say for the record that the service is prone to problems, is slow all the time and very far from being accurate. Spamcop.net makes false and misleading claims to promote it's blacklist so that Ironport can profit off it. Ironport doesn't care if you get more junk email in your inbox because they know full well that you will report it, which then they can better profit off the blacklist. As you send more spam complaints, you will end getting even more junk email, and in the end Ironport is the one only that benefits.
If you complain or send them negative comments they will just close your account for no reason. I would suggest that everyone that uses Spamcop.net to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau in San Mateo county along with filing complaints with the State Attorney General in California Their customer service sucks and most questions get ignored or you get very vague responses. Stay clear of Spamcop.net because the service to a total online scam.
