Netzero 4g hotspot is the WORST item I have ever used!!! And the customer service is worse!!! They tell you your billing cycle (for the amount of MB usage) is your own time zone yet beware as it is Eastern Standard time (which for me is 2 hours ahead-leaving me using the next month's MB before it is even the next month in my time zone -my cycle is the 10th to the 9th of each month-if I am on line at 10 pm on the 9th of the month, it is already the 10th for netzero)... They refuse to refund the time since I had called on this before-they are the ones told me it is my timezone&spent 28 mins on the phone for no help at all...
