Rip-off! Unauthorized transaction

To Whom This May Concern,

Check 2027 was used to purchase spyware stormer in the amount of $29.95 which not ever authorize such a transaction. My former my significant other thought it would be funny to use my check information. Please credit my checking acct asap. Thank you for taking the time and understanding to address my issue.
