I ordered the one month 19.99 package and searched about 4 different names including my own. Like everyone else the data was completely inaccurate and false, the next da went to log back in and it told me "invalid email/password. So I called the toll free number, the customer service rep was seemingly nice and gave me my "correct" login info she even logged in for me and said she had no problem. I hung up and logged in only to find a full page of Internet codes. I haven't called yet but when I do I'll update and let everyone know how they treat me and what they do to resolve this issue but it's not looking good after reading all the complaints. DO NOT purchase unless you like to read info that's outdated and misinformed!
