We received the shipment in our warehouse in Batam and we were so surprise that the wooden box contains only 1 unit of Air Compressor w/tank (Valued under USD 200) ; completely different from what we ordered. We directly complained and sent email to David our contact at Ji Feng Te Refrigerant Compressor Co. And we were once again surprised when we got reply from John mentioned that David has resigned from Ji Feng. We called their telephone number and got no respond. We keep sending email to John for 3 months now at [email protected] and up till now we got no answer.
This is a bad experience we have with the supplier from China; Ji Feng Te Refrigerant Compressor Co Ltd; http://www.jftcompressor.com / that we would like to report and share with other people with hope no more victims in the future. We also expect responsibility from China Authority to do something to protect other companies from all
over the world who bring business to China otherwise this practice will be a negative impact for China business prospect in the future as we got paranoid to do business with China company.
