No return of email for too long

I attempt to drive wondering about my order that will be currently imminent for nearly per month, I actually do sign in their following program, it's proven swiching between, agree, stop and back-order. That's confusing. Anyhow that's not problem, but what exactly is THERE'S NO RETURN OF EMAIL FOR TOO MUCH TIME, WHEN I THOUGH THIS CAN BE A DAMAGE WEBSITE.
