Was not the type of service that I expected. Went on and on about things that I did not want to hear. I needed my computer fixed, not how you service your car and your fire extinguisher and on and on. Then he had the nerve to get rude with me. I told him this was a fraud that I paid for a service and was not getting it. After I ended the call he called and called my number and the one time I did answer he was rude again. I want a REFUND!!!
