After subscribing and being disappointed with the choice of greeting cards they offered I called to cancel my subscription only a few months into my yearly subscription.
They automatically renewed my subscription at the one year anniversary and used my credit card to pay it. They did not have permission to store my credit card information.
When you call there is no human customer service, just a computerized options loop that hangs up on you if you say 'customer service' or press zero. They have not responded to my emails.
I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
