I purchased some material out of this site (but just w/d did not locate them at every other website), a few of the products were worth for that cash paid however many were poor quality. The largest issue with iOffer is the fact that it feels as though there's no assistance group, no parents for this website. I attempted contact them many times and not got reaction. The majority of the vendors there (or even all) do not speak Language and do not answer your concerns. Additionally there's insufficient information on every product and also the entire process of purchasing is extremely awkward. I try purchasing from there as less as you can.
