Speedconnect assessed our Michigan residence for phone & internet service in April, they decided we were in an area of service, I did not know they did not use existing phone lines & had to put up a tower on the roof and drill a hole in my outside wall to get their wires in. Well at first, no problems until mid July, then no phone service, fluctuating internet, several contacts w company including going to local office, yet no one has fixed it, more than 3 weeks now w no phone service or date for repair. Very disappointed with service & lack of efficiency in getting consumer's services back, yet have over $200. Early termination fee. Why should a consumer have to pay early termination if the service has not worked for over 3 weeks???
I gave them until the end of this 5th week for someone to come and fix it. I must have service, I am out in the country, no one can call nor can I make calls.
If you are considering using Speed Connect in the Thumb of Michigan, Don't do it!!
