Took payment and did not get product

I ordered a web site script and payed for it, the site made me an account to log in to for I assumed to download product. I logged in to site and the order page always say" AWAITING PAYMENT" I emailed company for three days and nothing, no reply at all. Never got what i payed for, never got my money back, never got a return email from them. Do not order any thing from these people. They will rip you off.
