I ordered a script from the Script Shack. When I placed my order, I included a note to let me know if the script was based on a certain book or if it was a different movie all together.
Script Shack debited my credit card and I waited. When I did not hear from them or receive a script, I emailed them asking if they had shippped my order. They wrote back and told me THEN that the script was in fact, NOT the one I wanted. I replied saying that I did not want the other script and requested my credit card be refunded. I never heard back.
I have since emailed them THREE TIMES, the last being October 15th, and have had no reply, and no refund. Further to that, no script either - not even the one I didn't want but have paid for!
They will not reply to my emails, they will not refund my card, they are rip off scum bags - anyone who wants to buy scripts off the Internet, DON'T buy from the SCRIPT SHACK!!!
