Each month this year i have a $15.40 charge for an e-mail account which i do not have. I use aol for free. I have no way to contact these people. Last month i contacted sprint, my carrier, and they told me these charges would not be taken out any more. Then, today i got another bill with the same charge. This is madness.
Something must be done about these rip-offs. It took 3 months before i even noticed this was happening because i wrongfully believed people were basically honest.
