Was just handed what appears to be an invoice from UST or US Telecom by our AP department, but from a vendor I didn't recognize.
At first glance it looks that I'm being invoiced for a maintenance agreement in the amount of $425. Lets pretend for a minute that you can get a decent yearly maintenance agreement for 425 dollars. If you turn the "invoice" over you will see that it is actually a contract for services. Sneaky buggers.
A quick whois search tells us a bit more.

I could go on and add the Whois info for networksolutions.com as well as ccgcompany.com but it's hard to establish guilt so I'll leave that to my personal digging.
