Company submitted a bogus invoice for a 'telecom maintenance agreement' of $425

We received an invoice for a 'Telecom Maintenance Agreement' for $425 and didn't recognize the company. There is a reference number and it looks very legit but thankfully someone asked what this was about before paying.

We will be sending a copy to our Attorney General of Texas as well.
