Orderd dvd got confirmation number and now says conformation number cannot be found tell you to contact them at a website which is not responding

Ordered dvd 29th street from vidieo universal on the internet and they gave me a confermation number and when you punch it in it says iti says it is no good and you cannot get in contact with anyone bunch of crooks ripping off hardworking people someone should do something about this
