Order a router/wireless card from company August 3. Website said it was available for shipment. After about 10 days, I cancelled the order. Company told me after I emailed them that they were on backorder. Didn't receive items until August 20.
The router was defective, the card was fine. Got an RMA, shipped back. The company received RMA on August 30. Never updated status on website.
After emailing them numerous times, I put this in dispute with my credit card company.
On September 17 (today), received defective router back. The company says I didn't return all of the items. Why would I send back a non-defective item (the router)? The return policy does not state that you need to send back the entire order.
I got customer no service on the line and they told me that my issue had been escalated. I told them I want to send the entire order back. The CS rep says he cannot authorize that. Must wait until escalation people handle this.
I WILL NEVER buy anything from this company again. Beware. They suck.
