I sought out the help from a source that has much more expierence, knowledge and the reputationfor getting to the "TRUTH" as to whether a group, charity, organization or orphanage is truely legitor if it is a fraudulant scam. I want you to know that I went onto the Worldwide Orphanage Listing of Orphanages (orphanage.org) and it produced no results for Grace Childrens Orphanage of India. I then went to a website that suppossedly listed all Orphanages in India http://www.indianorphanages.net/orphanage/orphanages.htmland there were four Orphanages with the name "Grace" in them, but none that matched the informationgiven to us by the person who had the group on care2 called "'Grace Childrens Orphanage of India". I proceeded to go to the "Charities Commission Website: http://www.charitycommission. Gov. Uk/index. Aspxand logged in the Grace Orphanage Charity ID #423/1998 for which it came back stating, "Your search for '423/1998' has produced no results." This is suppossed to be where all charities are suppossed to register. I then went to the "Charities Commission Website for India": http://query. Nytimes.com/search/sitesearch/#/Registered Charity No. 423/1998. For Indiaand once again received back the message stating, "Your search for 'Grace Childrens Orphanage Registered Charity No. 423/1998' for India has produced no results. Nothing they were publishing was easily verified or could not be varifyied. Photos are old... Nothing to show progress over the years. Same stuff is being printed over and over. They are not part of any organization.
They do not list their qualifications.
Their registration number is being used by another group Red Flag.
Their registration number is not verifiable Red Flag They do not provide updates Red Flag.
They do not provide a list of donors and amounts of donations Red Flag.
Their group has not been independently verified Red Flag. Their Orphanage does not provide an accounting for funds spent or donation received in accordance to the guidelines set down in the first letter "Registration Under Foreign Contribution" As you can see, there was an uprising of information (or maybe I should say, lack of) that pointed to the direction that "Grace Childrens Orphanage of India" was indeed a scam and too many sites that should have carried information of them... That did not! Now are we to believe that these MAJOR Sites that Orphanages are required to register with... ALL DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS ONE?!? I mean, Really??? ALL of them???

We also have to address the issue that at times, Emmanuel called the Orphanage Grace's Orphanage and then at other times it is called Grace Children's Oprhanage of India or Grace Children's Orphanage. It doesn't seem to me that he knows for sure just what the name of the place is. (sorry, just had to throw that in there to be sarcastic).
