Early Termination Fee for relocation

We have had Time Warner cable for 10 years in a few cities and were always happy with their service. We are moving in the next few weeks and I called to transfer service. I was notified by the CSR that unfortunately they do not service our area. When I requested to disconnect I was informed there would be a $100 termination fee. Apparently they "auto renewed" our contract without notification. CSR explained we were notified via our bill. Well we don't get a bill because we auto pay online. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was notified one would call me back within 48 hours. This was 7 days ago. I am extremely disgruntled that even though TWC services our town but does not enter our neighborhood I am forced to suffer paying this fee and no one will even return our calls to discuss it. Never again will I use their service or recommend it to anyone!!
