(914) 213-0602 He was supposed to fix my mac pro and just stopped conversing with me

I shipped my computer to him to get the logic board replace and he notified me of when he recieved it and after about a week i was told the repair was going to be 450 dollars which i paid promptly but then he stopped replying to me and now wont send my computer back paypal has refunded the 450 but i still want my compute
