I got a phone call from a very rude woman who sounded strange. She was trying to get to the "computer owner" which sent off red flags right away. Once I told her I was the computer owner she started her task to try to get me in front of my computer. "Go to your computer now" and I said it is fine and then she said, "it has been hacked." She kept trying to get me to go to my computer so she could "show me".
I asked to be taken off the call list and she kept going! I tried to counter saying if you know my computer had been hacked then what network was it on? I don't even know why I went there but I was so annoyed by her scare tactics I wanted to make her go off script. She told me she had to help me fix my PC. Did I mention it took three times for her to tell me she was with. It was an evil phone call that wasted my time and she was rude. I said a second time, My computer is fine, take us off your call list and hung up.
