Phoned me, said calling from windows, and told me my computer was full of junk, did scan, has all my information. Even my ID sin number of computer. Now worried that they hacked my computer. It had been acting up a lot latelybefore todays call so I believed her at first. I did let her run a scan.
After, she said I needed to buy this warrenty but I told her I did not have a visa and that I would have to get a visa gift card first so she ended the call but said she will call back to 2 hours. I have been had but I did not lose any money. Is my computer safe?
