Complaint against bidder on ebay, she won a Collectble Marie Osmond Doll, she paid via Paypal, I shipped item, documentation she received item, 2 months later received email from Paypal indicating Paypal determined funds I received were funds from an account with reports of fraudulent bank account use. Paypal reversed the payment (meaning she got the money back and I was without payment). She received the doll and now I do not have payment.
I emailed her 5 emails (no response), I called the contact phone number (number was disconnected), She is no longer a registered user on ebay, I sent her a Certified Letter requesting her to contact me Collect, she has avoided me all together. I told her she has the item and now I do not even have the money any longer. I will look into legal avenues to get the item or the money. People cannot get away with this and I intend to persue this to the furthest extent of the law.
