Following a couple of months of minor access to the internet, support was totally dropped.in the beginning, it may be repaired by spending hours about the telephone to HughesNet customer support, but fundamentally it had been irretrievably lost. HughesNet ultimately determined their gear was defective and agreed to make repairs FOR THEIR GEAR at a price in my experience of $150. I terminated and was confronted with a $355 early termination charge. Two nights after rescheduling they named and provided a totally free support phone and three months credit, however it was too late when I had registered with another company. After months of trying to discuss funds, I reluctantly settled the $355. Customer support is within the Philippines, challenging to comprehend, and certainly will just study from the software.
