There was no money back guarantee

I requested bra from Secret Gravity Bra. They delivered me them with cash back guarantee. I named them per week later to be able to get cash back. I also provided them to deliver the merchandise back on my bill. I also provide a bill. However they don’t treatment and don’t wish to provide a return.
