I subscribed to a website (nanfunk.com) for a trial. I clicked on the link in "their " website to not continue after the free trial. When I first subscribed for the trial period there was no mention that c. C bill had to be contacted o cancel. I cancelled w/nanafunk.com The site gave em the option to upgrade my access to the site and I clicked cancel after trial.
I was billed 48 hrs into my 96 hr trial for the extension. I still managed to contact c. C bill in my 96 hr's and they all but flat out said screw you. I said I am still in my trial period I have the option to not extend etc... Then c.C. Bill shuffled me to nanafunk's support which is useless IMO I was I have been jerked around since the beginning of the month I have cancer I do not have the money for these people to screw me when I followed all of their "trick" rules.
Basically sir/mam they set it up so they get everyone for that second charge. I am extremely disturbed hence going this route as I do not have the energy to drag these scum to court. I hope they are located in the u. S so I can.
This is horrible and I know other's who referred the site that told me the same thing except they wanted to continue their use of the site. Any help or point in the right direction to get these people to do me right wuld be GREATLY APPRECIATED
