SuperNews has the worst customer service of ANY website I've ever dealt with! You'd think a company that's been around so long would at least respond to emails and paying customer service requests. Oh no! I opened a paid account with them and they did not respond to ANY of my requests even though they say they will get back to you within 24-48 hours at the most. I was having issues with my account not working and they never got back to me at all. I also wanted to cancel my account before they billed me again and couldn't find a way to do so and tried contacting them about that and couldn't get it cancelled and they never contacted me back! Eventually I managed to get their payments blocked but not after I gave them my hard earned money and they gave me NOTHING in return! TERRIBLE PLACE!!!
I suggest sticking with EasyNews for your newsgroup needs! The retention on a few groups is not as long, but at least i've had great customer service with them for well over 10 years now!
SuperNews and their crappy service needs to be kicked off the Internet!
