I paid Martin Zivadinovic of Electric Nerdhttp://php-classifieds.com / $250 Us dollars with and agreement for a total of $300 when the site was finished. The site was pre-built and it was his newest system out was what he told me. The system was supposed to have a banner system custom built for me and that is why the cost was $300 but it never happened. Please let me know what you think Best Regards, Martin) I called and emailed Martin several times and had a hard time getting him to return my emails or calls. The site was uploaded but the banner system was never completed. I ask several times about the banner system and was told it was being designed.
This had gone on for weeks and still no banner system even with me sending emails like this one (Martin Are you still working I have sent multiple emails and no response. Jim). I started checking and the company was listed on usacomplaints.com so I emailed Martin

Martin I found and article on your company electricnerd under usacomplaints.com and it seems that I am getting the same treatment. I sent emails to you and no reply. I have to call you to get a response on a website that I have made a down payment on. If this keeps up I am going to have to request a refund as well as I can not keep letting time pass by and nothing to show for it. These emails go on and on but Martin came back after telling me that he had already paid to have the banner system built with "the programmer needs his money up front". I explained to Martin that I had paid all but $50 of the agreed upon price of $300 and this is when Martin turned and said all the add-ons were custom. I have over 115 emails where we have gone back and forth over this project and I still do not have a completed working site per our agreement.
